Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements
2. Conduct and document regular facilities inspections
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes
4. Allocate and manage facility space for maximum efficiency
5. Advise on and monitor energy efficiency
6. Supervise maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment
7. Oversee facility refurbishment and renovations

Salcomp is establishing a new factory in Avcilar, Istanbul to produce mobile phones. The goal is to employ about 1500 employees. The monthly capacity for this factory will be 300 k pieces.

Summary:

Responsible for the overall quality management of smartphone manufacturing and ensure the quality performance meets customer and management's expectation.

Duties and Responsibilities:​

1. Set up quality management system, maintain its effectiveness and continuously improve it;
2. Lead the qualification of ISO9001 and coordinate to get the certification of ISO14000 and ISO45001;
3. Make comprehensive quality plan for smartphone assembly to ensure the products meet customer requirement;
4. Build up an enterprising and professional qulaity team;
5. Manage incoming material inspection and handle material issues of IQC or in the process of assembly quickly;
6. Daily collect quality data and relevant information to drive quality improvement;
7. Be the major contact window of quality to customer for all quality related issues;
8. Control company quality cost at reasonable level
9. Create positive quality and 5S culture and atmosphere in company

Qualifications

Experience Expected:

1. > 4 years experience at manager position
2. > 6 years experience in electronics manufacturing field (the experience of consumer electronic product is preferred)
3. Good English in speaking and writing
4. College graduation; the subject of telecommunications, electronics or mechanics is preferred.

Implement, support and maintain MES application, production computers, scanners and network.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. MES application support.
2. Install and maintain production computers, scanners, and network.
3. Support production computer hardware and software applications.
4. Perform regular MES database maintenance.
5. Develop and provide ad-hoc reports for production and quality.
6. MES user training.
7. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the IT Manager.

Qualifications

Experience Expected:

1. Programming experience with Microsoft .NET (C#, WinForms, WPF, WCF), SQL database.
2. Excellent in Microsoft SQL database.
3. Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
4. Bachelor degree in computer science, or similar field.
5. Good communication skill in English.
